Description I had already made a sheath for this axe, as many that see this will probably realise, but sadly it didn't not work as well as I had intended. Thus I made this as a more practical alternative. The decor was stitched on mostly due to lack of alternatives, this leather didn't want to be wet moulded. I also made a leather wrap for the haft, both as decor and to protect the haft against impacts. The axe is the Gränsfors two-lugged bearded axe, based on a 10th century original.
