Since I’m not allowed to put weight on my leg yet, I focus on seated exercises with resistance bands. These exercises are crucial for maintaining muscle strength and stability during the recovery process.  I typically perform a circuit of exercises like seated leg lifts, side leg lifts, hip abductions, and ankle abductions, using resistance bands for added challenge. I repeat the circuit three times, but the number of sets and reps can vary depending on how my knee feels and the strength of my muscles.
