💥All I can say is “ The power of a good postpartum/ Diastasis program “.. in 3 month I have shut tight my Diastasis and healed my pelvic floor so no more peeing myself when I coughing or jumping 🫢🫢. I can say that my body is fully healed and back to before pregnancy state. I would dare to say even a bit stronger ☺️
