You’ll need: 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted 142 grams organic whole milk cottage cheese (one 5oz container) 1 egg everything season (optional) 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Transfer the mixture by the spoonful to a parchment lined baking sheet. 3. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. 4.
