Hector Sailing Bracelet
Hector Sailing Bracelets are made entirely of type 3 paracord 550 U.S. import. This type of paracord is round, 4 mm thick, with a core of seven wires in a plain nylon coating. The name 550 is given by the breaking strength of 550 pounds or about 250 kgf. It was first used by U.S. paratroopers during World War II. It was even used by astronauts in space STS82 mission to repair the Hubble telescope.
