Endangered Missing: ERICA PARSONS, who would be 15 now, was last seen by her brother in Salisbury, North Carolina on 11/19/2011 but was not reported missing until July 30, 2013! Police believe that her adoptive parents wanted to keep using funds they received from the state for Erica’s adoption, which is why they either hid or delayed reporting that she was missing.
