Se mixeaza untura cu zaharul.Incorporam si ouale, unul cate unul,adaugam bicarbonatul stins cu zeama de lamaie,coaja de portocala si esenta.Amestecam bine cu mainile si incepem sa punem faina putin cate putin pana cand rezulta un aluat nelipicios.Se formeaza bilute si se asaza frumos intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.Dam tava la cuptorul preincalzit 180° pt.aprox. 20 min.Nu trebuie coapte prea mult. Se lasa la racit, dupa care se scobesc cu grija. Eu m-am ajutat de un cutit micut…
