Hot Ham And Cheese Party Rolls - can Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust - thinly sliced not shaved deli ham - thinly sliced Swiss cheese - butter - brown sugar - Dijon mustard - Worcestershire sauce - poppy seeds

1 baked potato 1 Tbsp butter 2 eggs 2 strips bacon, cooked. 2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped. salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the middle of each "bowl". Then gently break an egg into each "bowl", careful not to break the yolk. Top with bacon, cheese, parsley, and then season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 min.

Idaho baked egg potato This was a great fast meal! I zapped my potatoes in the microwave since I didn't have time to bake them properly. Overall great recipe.

Better than fries... I bet this would be great with sweet potatoes too!

Better than Fries! Cut potatoes almost all the way through, drizzle olive oil, butter, some sea salt and pepper over top and bake @ 425 for 40 minutes. Maybe with sweet potato?
