Fluffy Healthy Pancakes with protein 👏🏽 3/4 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup flour (oat flour, almond flour, gluten free flour) 1 egg 1 tsp baking powder Cinnamon to taste (optional) Stir together to make batter and then cook on a greased pan on low! Flip when golden. Top with your favorite pancake toppings! Enjoy!
