CIORBA DE PERISOARE pentru perisoare: 400 g carne tocata de porc fara grasime(poate sa fie si pui sau curcan, sau amestec vita-porc) o mana de orez o ceapa mica sare, piper dupa gust 1 ou  pentru ciorba: 2 morcovi un cartof jumatate de ardei rosu un pastarnac mic  o mana de mazare (proaspata,congelata sau din conserva) 100 ml bulion de rosii 1 ceapa de marime medie sare, piper dupa gust frunze de patrunjel 2 l apa 2-3 linguri de ulei
