Drink this every morning & watch pounds come off. 2 handfuls of spinach, 1 cup of chunk pineapple, 2 bananas, 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 cup filtered water. If you want to substitute a banana for an apple that works too. Enjoy!

Death-mask of Tutankhamun. I have had the privilege of seeing the mask up close and personal on three occasions: twice when the Tut Collection was brought to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in the 1970s, then again in 1984, when my mother and I actually went to Egypt for a 10-day excursion, including the Egyptian Museum. A truly remarkable and beautiful country. The people were so kind, very sweet.
