РУЛЕТИКИ ИЗ КАБАЧКОВ С БУЛГУРОМ И МЯСНЫМ ФАРШЕМ

Для соуса: 1 ст л сливочного масла 1 ст л томатной пасты 1 ст воды Соль и перец ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ. Кабачки нарежьте тонкими полосками. Булгур залейте кипятком и подождите, пока он набухнет. Добавьте фарш, очень мелко нарезан. /натертый лук, оливковое масло, специи, том. пасту и петрушку, вымесите. Сформируйте рулетики, поместите на противень. Для соуса обжарьте масло и том. пасту, добавьте воду, соль и черный перец, полейте рулетики Накройте влажной вощеной бумагой и запекайте при 190* 15-20 мин. Снимите бумагу и выпекайте ещё около 20 мин
