Welcome to the Introduction to my 5-part blog series, “Navigating the Stages of Divorce Grief”. I create this series because learning this information helped me through my own toxic divorce. I wanted to help those of you who are experiencing divorce learn what to expect during this seemingly never ending roller coaster ride of emotions.
