My first step was to add the stars to the Black Licorice Card Stock. I used the Starry Night Stencil and white embossing paste and sprinkled glitter on the embossing paste before it dried. In the Smooth White Card Stock card front I cut two circles with the Circle STAX Die-namic 1 and 2. Next I add a clear acetate behind the ornaments and then a layer of a thin foam to contain the sequins inside the circle.
