May has been a month of stagnation for my p2p lending portfolio. While I didn’t add new funds, I’ve moved part of my portfolio to safer platforms like EstateGuru, Neo Finance, Investly, and Flender.

March has been one of the most interesting months so far in lending. As the coronavirus crisis starts to show its effects in the crowdlending space, both platforms and investors are trying to adapt. March has been a great month for p2p lending :) The world is crashing, payments are frozen, and one by one, p2p platforms start to fold. Below are my portfolio updates and future plans.

I haven't written anything about my real estate crowdfunding portfolio since July. Enough changes happened in between, so I'm ready to provide new updates.

My p2p lending portfolio – May update

My May portfolio updates: - I’ve added 800 EUR more into my portfolio - This month’s earnings reached 196 EUR - I sold most of my low-interest loans on Mintos and bought new ones with higher interest rates - I’m trying out 5 new p2p lending platforms

I did some analysis a few days ago on how my investments are spread and if they’re diversified enough. The way I see it, all my investment portfolio could be split into items belonging to 8 different levels of risk. From low to high, the level of risk and volatility is directly linked to the potential gains available on each layer. My Mintos portfolio after 6 months

My p2p lending platforms adventure started with Mintos, 6 months ago. I was looking for a better place to put my savings into, and peer to peer lending sounded like a good idea. After many weeks of internet research, I found the perfect platform. Everybody was praising it, was explaining how good it is, and how safe it is, and how I should join Mintos as well. My Fast Invest portfolio after 4 months

I started to invest in Fast Invest around 4 months ago. I liked that it had 500+ loans with a 15% interest rate and the platform paid you any unpaid interest if it was more than 3 days late. Check out my article and see how my investments are performing so far.
