By the mid-1960s, Valentino was a favorite designer of the world's best-dressed women, including Jacqueline Kennedy. Among his signatures is a particular fabric shade, known as "Valentino red."

This technique is wonderful to accentuate an hourglass shape  The  '' Budellini " fringe bands around the knee with dangling beads at the end of each fringe. Below, a chiffon skirt cascades cream upstairs.
