POWER muffins: blueberries + oatmeal + CHOBANI honey=awesome muffins to power you through the day!

This is my basic breakfast muffin recipe. I make a double batch and freeze them, they warm up in the microwave perfectly. I use a regular egg and flax meal instead, and throw in anything extra I feel like... like chopped mangoes, or dried cherries, or pecans, or raisins, blueberries... whatever I have. Never make the same batch twice!!
