Pattern I am using for both Dad's and Claire's quilts. Combination of Irish Chain and Sawtooth Star; each is 8" across. The small squares are 2.5" cut size; the rectangles (Irish Chain) and Flying Geese (star points) are 2.5x4.5" cut size; and the center square in the star is 4.5" cut size.
