Shift forward as you bend your arms into chaturanga. Lift your left foot off the mat and place it on the right thigh. Hold for 5 breaths and try each side. xo

Place a block on its skinny side horizontally under the shoulder blades. Think sports bra location. You can change the block height in accordance to your body but overtime it will get easier to go higher
