House of Worth (back) c1932. Sleeveless pale seafoam green V-neck decorated with large shells of various types. Belonged to Elizabeth Arden.
It says evening dress, ca. 1902, but I think it looks more like a ballgown. Anyway, the flowers are wonderful-very appropriate for spring.
