Jackie would never usually scold her children, preferring instead to give them what they called "the look." When Caroline was asked to recreate said "look" she scoffed and protested, declaring that she "couldn't possibly." Although it was subtle, the children "knew it when [they] saw it." Caroline said that she would joke about it with John regularly.
