Angel Biscuits Recipe _ A favorite with its light & fluffy texture & hint of sweetness. My Daddy’s favorite. My Grandmother knew that! Always a part of her special celebrations & Sunday evening suppers & one of the things to disappear!

Angel Biscuits. For a small batch of 6, use 1.5 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp yeast, 2 Tbs melted butter, 1 egg. Mix all ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup hot water over other ingredients. Don't allow to rise. Kneed dough, roll out, cut with biscuit cutter. 12 min @ 400F.

Angel biscuits :-) delicious, and perfect for a holiday breakfast treat.
