Add on some shredded cheese as if this wasn't enough cheese. And to make our sauce nice and creamy we're going to pour in two cups of whole milk. Apparently Worcestershire is the secret ingredient to the best mac and cheese. Let's season this up with a bit of salt. Of course some cracked ground pepper. If you haven't tried Dijon mustard in your sauce trust me you're going to want to. Nobody likes watery sauce so let's add in some flour here. I mean I've seen a lot of things made in an air fryer but mac and cheese sauce. Are you kidding me? This is going to be incredible. Throw this into the air fryer and turn it on. We're going to check on it halfway. This is going to be so creamy. In the meantime let's get our pot on high heat. And of course we're going to salt our water. That helps it boil faster. Now that our water's boiling let's go ahead and pour in one box of macaroni noodles. And give that a stir with our Nona spoon here. Let's let that cook for 11 minutes. We want it a little bit al Dante. Do you cook it with the lid or not? No the box is not going to say if you cook something with the lid or not. Are you kidding me? I think you don't. I think you cook it lidless. Almost there. It's almost halfway done. Let's pause this and take a look how it is so far. Oh my goodness. Are you kidding me? That looks insane. Let's grab our spatula. Ooh. Give it a stir. And then we're going to pop it in for another 5 minutes. Let it keep going. I love mac and cheese. It really is your favorite food. Give it another 5 minutes here. See how it goes. This is all ready to go and it smells so good. Are you ready for this? Let's see it. Alright, three, two, one. Wow. Look at that cheese. That is insane. It's been 11 minutes. The noodles are perfectly cooked. So let's get these strained and then right into our sauce. This is going to be so good. Time to pour in our macaroni noodles right on top. And now we're going to give this a nice big stir. Are you kidding me? Look at this cheese already. This is like the easiest homemade mac and cheese. We're not done yet. Every good mac and cheese needs a crust. Let's shake on a couple of bread crumbs. We're just going to pop it in for five more minutes and let the top crisp up. Last time in the air fryer. Let's crisp up this top. And then I cannot wait to give this a try. It's all finished. Let's take a look at our crispy mac and cheese. Woo. I need to try this right now. This looks insane. I can't wait to get this out of here. Let's just cut out one nice square in the middle. We're the only ones eating it so I might as well. Siak. Let's get out a nice big cheesy piece. Wow.
