The rope-coil basket I’m weaving here was one of nine, just finished and still drying. I made them over consecutive days which allowed me to focus all my attention on this fascinating weave. Concentrating on just one form and style over a number of days gives an interesting sense of time, and a very satisfying rhythm and state of mind.
