Biscuiţii se macină, se adaugă untul topit , zahărul, 1 vanilinat şi se omogenizează. Într-o formă de tort cu marginile detaşabile ( diametru cca. 25 cm) se aşează compoziţia si se nivelează apoi se pune la frigider timp în care se prepară crema. Gelatină albă mărunţită se prepară după instrucţiunile de pe plic. Într-un vas se mixează brânza cu zahărul si zahăr vanilinat până devine o cremă, se adaugă treptat gelatina şi apoi frişca bătută.
