10min · 25 servings These chocolate coconut date balls take less than 10 minutes to make and use only 5 simple ingredients. They are perfect for a quick boost of energy, fibre, and protein. Ingredients • 15 - Medjool Dates • 1 Cup - Nuts • ¼ Cup - Sugar-Free Cocoa Powder • 2 Cups - Shredded Coconut • 1/3 Cup - Peanut Butter • Water as needed Instructions • Add medjool dates to your food processor and blitz until they come together. • Add your nuts, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and peanut butter into the food processor. • Blitz until the mixture holds together.Using your hands or a spoon, roll together the date balls. • Roll each ball in added shredded coconut. • You can eat immediately or put the balls onto a plate and into the fridge for an hour or so to firm up.

Garlic, herbs, healthy oil, and beans are combined for a delicious and savoury treat. Ingredients • 1 cup of cooked beans of your choice – Canned or dried (or garden fresh!) • Oil to fry in – I prefer coconut oil but you can use what you have on hand. I would recommend staying away from refined oils like vegetable or canola oil however, because they have minimal health benefits. • Fresh herbs – about a handful • 1 clove of garlic • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar – if you are soaking beans Instructions • If you are starting with dry beans, soak the beans overnight in a bowl. • Add in a splash of raw apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to he
