Ingredients • 15 - Medjool Dates • 1 Cup - Nuts • ¼ Cup - Sugar-Free Cocoa Powder • 2 Cups - Shredded Coconut • 1/3 Cup - Peanut Butter • Water as needed Instructions • Add medjool dates to your food processor and blitz until they come together. • Add your nuts, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and peanut butter into the food processor. • Blitz until the mixture holds together.Using your hands or a spoon, roll together the date balls. • Roll each ball in added shredded coconut. • You can eat immediately or put the balls onto a plate and into the fridge for an hour or so to firm up.
