Place wax paper over template. Cover wax paper with dish detergent mixed with water. Trace image, continuous stream of glue works best. Dry, peel from paper. If paper stick, run under cold water. Any weak places, add more glue. Cover with Mod Podge. Cover with glitter. Add a hanger.

DIY angel wings made with paper plates and a hot glue gun.  Did some shading with silver paint around the edges.

This would be really cool if coated in a thin coat of plaster or sprayed with a textured paint to give it a more elegant, rich appearance.
