Here's some hump day body weight action that you can do anywhere! I was so used to lifting heavy that I forgot how effective simple movements like these can be to target those booty muscles! I still can't believe that I was actually sore from this workout. Try it for yourself - 15 reps (each leg) of everything for 5 rounds! p.s. This video is a little sped up. It absolutely kills your side butt. Try to keep your leg as straight as possible when doing it! Don't ever be afraid to try new things!! Use a weight that challenges you, I don't know your fitness level and I'm not there in person to advise on what weight to start with. You know your body and your limitations. Try to do 15 reps and really feel the burn around rep 9/10. I'll never get off to showing
