I made Panzanella this week for a segment on a future Food Network episode, and I was reminded once again just how much I love and adore it. In a nutshell, Panzanella is tomato-bread salad.

They say this is the Best Marinade in Existence.....Ingredients 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder 3 tablespoons dried basil 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes 1 teaspoon ground white pepper 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional) 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic (optional)

MARINADE- cup soy sauce cup olive oil cup fresh lemon juice cup Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoons garlic powder 3 tablespoons dried basil 1 teaspoon ground pepper: Used this with pork chops and it was awesome. Makes a ton - Probably enough for chops.
