O varianta salvatoare este o tarta sarata! Este bestial de buna si grozava pentru toata familia, atat calda cat si rece. 🍽 Tarta sarata (cu resturi de prin frigider) Ingrediente: 1. Coaja tartei ▪️300g faina ▪️130 g unt rece 🧈 ▪️120 ml apa rece 2. Umplutura tartei: ▪️3 oua🥚 ▪️200ml smantana pentru gatit (merge si mai multa sau chiar putin lapte, vreo 100-150 ml) ▪️sare si piper🧂 ▪️1 lingura porumb conserva (puteti pune si mai mult)🌽 ▪️70g branza brie🧀 ▪️100g cascaval ras🧀 ▪️1 ardei gras 🫑 ▪️2 felii mari sunca🥓 (sau alt mezel: crenvursti, salam etc) MOD PREPARARE: 1️⃣ Se incepe cu blatul care se face astfel: se pun intr-un bol faina si untul rece (taiat in cuburi) si se amesteca bine cu mana prin zdrobirea untului. Se abtine o compozitie nisipoasa peste care se adauga apa rece si se formeaza rapid un aluat. Aluatul se amesteca bine pe blatul de lucru si, daca s-a inmuiat, se mai lasa vreo 15 min la frigider. 2️⃣ Se intinde apoi aluatul astfel incat sa acopere si vasul pentru tarta. Eu am folosit o forna de 28cm diametru. Se pune aluatul in tava, se apasa pe margini sa intre bine in forna si se inteapa cu furculita din loc in loc. Aceasta operatiune este foarte importanta pentru ca aluatul are tendinta sa se umfle. Se lasa aluatul in cuptor vreo 25 min la 200°C sau pana este rumenit numai putin. Nu trebuie sa fie gatit bine. 3️⃣ Intre timp se pregateste umplutura prin amestecarea tuturor ingredientelor. La umplutura puteti varia destul de mult, dar fara sa folositi in interior legume care lasa lichid in timpul coacerii (rosii, dovlecei). Acestea pot fi folosite la decor daca doriti. 4️⃣ Am turnat umplutura peate coaja de tarta putin racita si am dat din nou tava la cuptor la 200°C vreo 25 min pana s-a rumenit frumos. Se lasa putin la racit iar apoi se poate taia si consuma. Merge perfect cu ketch-up, cel putin mie asa imi place.
