Pepper is a ladylike dog who is dressed to impressed. She is going for a walk in the park, and would never go out looking anything but her best. She has the ears of a Basset Hound, Bloodhound, Coonhound, Afghan or Spaniel. Other than that, shes hard to pin down regarding breed.
