10 Yoga Poses You should do EveryDay [📹 _theyogagirl]
1. Marjaryasana- Bitilasana (Cat- cow pose)- 1 minute • Keep Shoulder level distance between the hands And Hip level distance between the legs. 2. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) : 30 seconds- 1 minute • Shoulders away from ears. • Slight bend in the elbows. •Hips touching to the floor. 3. Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog Pose) : 30 seconds- 1 minute • Try to touch your heels on floor to get more stretch (if not you can slightly keep up). •Head between the hands. •Try to bring your chest towards the legs. 4. Virabhadrasana 1 (Warrior Pose 1): 30 seconds- 1 minutes •Front leg’s knee and heel will come in one line.
