The Puning Temple (普宁寺) at the imperial Qing Dynasty 'Bishushanzhuang' (避暑山庄) Mountain Manor Summer Resort in the northern part of Chengde (Rehe) city, Hebei Province, China. Built in 1759 and covering an area of 23,000 sq meters, Puning Temple is the most intact complex among the Outlying Temples of Mountain Resort, Chengde. As the first temple built in the Qianlong period (1736-1795) of Qing Dynasty, Puning Temple is a combination of the Han style and the Tibetan style.
