Рецепт Гибких снежинок • Ингредиенты: 15 г воды ( для желатина) 5 г желатин ( 220бл) 45 г воды 10 г сахара 8 г крахмала ½ чайной ложки глицерина В сотейнике смешать сахар, воду, крахмал, и диоксид титана ( белый краситель) довести до кипения, когда эмульсия станет как «каша» снять с огня, добавить желатин предварительно замоченный в воде, глицерин, всю эмульсию вылить на коврик стабилизировать 6-8 часов .
