Grow an endless supply of sweet potatoes at home from 1 store bought potato. Place 1 sweet potato in the center of a container and cover with soil. Once sprouts reach about 6-inches tall remove 6 of them from the original container and plant in a 20 gallon container with drainage holes. Water regularly and after about 4 months turn the container over and dump out the rooted soil to harvest the new sweet potatoes. A 20 container should produce about 3 to 4 gallons of sweet potatoes.

growing sweet potatoes - place 1 sweet potatoes in a bucket of moist soil. As slips (shouts) appear, pull out place them six at a time into 20 gallon buckets. Wait 4 months, dump bucket, get 3 to 4 gallons of organic homegrown sweet potatoes per bucket.
