finally, a buckwheat recipe that i love: vegan buckwheat pumpkin banana pancakes with chia seeds and no added sugar! it was such a shame i hated buckwheat before, as a single cup of cooked buckwheat gives me 21% of the daily recomended intake of magnesium, 18% of the fiber and 17% of the DRI of phosphorus. now i can enjoy all these benefits together with my morning pancakes! recipe, soon on the blog! :)

orange-you-glad it's autumn? :) although i'm a summer kinda girl, i will always love fall's bright, golden, orange and red colors. this is the perfect time to bake, so how about this easy vegan no added sugar fruit cake, filled with bananas, apples, butternut squash and quince jam? it's moist and not sickeningly sweet, but with a very festive aroma! :) romanian recipe here: http://sunnysideup.ro/simplific-viata-complic-checul/
