Pan-Fried Fingerling Potatoes with Bacon. I used 5 pounds regular yellow potatoes. I fried 3 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 TLSP minced garlic in margarine and then added the cooked crumbled bacon to that. I diced potatoes before cooking. I only cooked them till I barely got a fork through them so when I mixed everything together they wouldn't mash too much.
