Fancy - Hanging Star Decor — Make a smaller version to hang from your shelf or lofted bed. Could sub out the stars for any shape, or a combo of shapes.

DIY Paper Heart Wall Art: The tutorial for how to make this is a bit far down on the link.. looks like you just cut hearts out, glue them to fishing line, and attach to a horizontal surface. I'd probably make a smaller version of this to hang under the shelf.

Very pretty. Painter tape + paint + modge podge + glitter + more modge podge on a canvas. (I think.)

Cute little piece of artwork or maybe a sign for your door. Draw a rough outline of the letter or shape first so you make sure you can fit the whole thing on the burlap before you start adding buttons.

This is kind of a cool idea. You could use fabric hearts... or really... whatever kind of hearts. And just put them on a wire or string and hang at your leisure. :) Lightweight = no worries on hanging just about anywhere in your dorm room.

To make this you will need: wire reinforced clothesline (available at home improvement & hardware stores), yarn & wire clippers. Clip off a length of clothesline (it took about a yard to make this) and shape into the word, "LOVE". Tie or hot glue end of yarn onto beginning of wire and start wrapping the entire word with yarn. — easy accent piece that you could put just about anywhere.
