se curata,se spala si se taie legumele dupa preferinta.se pun la calit intr-o oala ceapa,morcovul,pastarnacul si cand s-au inmuiat putin se toarna 2-3 l de apa,se adauga cartofii,fasolea verde,dovlecelul si ardeiul.cand dau in clocot se adauga si sfecla rosie impreuna cu rosiile taiate felii.se lasa sa fiarba bine si spre final se acreste cu borsul fiert separat,se potriveste gustul de sare si piper. se serveste cu patrunjel tocat deasupra! pofta mare!
