One of the most beautiful cities in Romania The eyes are called "city eyes" and it's a trademark for this city. Most of the buildings in the city's historical center have them. Some other interesting thing about this photo is that the bridge is called "The bridge of lairs" and is the oldest cast iron bridge in Romania (1859).
