Yoga Sequence: King Pigeon Tips: You need very open pecs & shoulders to flip the grip, so if this sequence doesn't help you flip, you need to work on opening those areas ❤ 1. SERVE THE TRAY Just note that your pigeon must be upright & stable I.e not falling over otherwise youuu noooot readyyyy for this 2.
