I use these illustrated notes in my second high school biology unit: Biochemistry or Molecules of Life. They include blank and fill-in-the-blank note versions I can use to differentiate for different class levels. These include carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, nucleic acids, properties of water, viruses, and prions.
