Ingredients • 6 chicken thighs (bone in) • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp red pepper flakes • 1 tsp dried parsley • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 2 tsp garlic minced • 1 lemon juice • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp avocado oil • Salt • Pepper Instructions • Air-fry at 360 for 25-30 minutes.
