This is a translated edit of this pin (http://pinterest.com/pin/393150242440304867/), which is in Italian. I don't speak Italian, but Spanish is close, and Google translator is not too terrible. Still, keep in mind it's all guess work. My result is definitely butterfly shaped, if a bit distorted. Only used one color, and I half suspect you're supposed to bind off and change at each arrow, which would call for a lot of weaving in of loose ends. Also note, these are the US terms--not European.
