If you want the joys of crepes without the added health complications, switch out the normal flour for coconut flour. This makes a Parisian culinary treat that is gluten-free, low in carbohydrates, and is perfect for a paleo diet. Prepare a marinade of light olive oil, the juice of one lemon, salt, pepper, basil and parsley in a medium glass bowl. Marinate salmon fillets in the mixture for a minimum of one hour in your refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and wrap salmon fillets in foil and place on a baking sheet in your oven. Bake until the salmon flakes with your fork, usually about 35 to 40 minutes.
