My big goal (in the next 3 years) is to have dual citizenship in another country/continent. Open a chic luxury bed and breakfast complete with a farm on the land I own. Serve the locals and tourists farm to table cuisine that taps into the many flavors of all the places I've traveled. Who would come visit me?? (Putting this here for my memories too)
