One of the best exercises for training your glutes if you perform it correctly… and here’s why ⬇️ To get the absolute most glute activation with your reverse lunges, you will need to create more hip flexion. Hingeing at the hips and taking a longer stride backwards with your foot will cause the glutes to lengthen more at the bottom of the rep.
