Essential Oil Diffuser Blends for Restful Sleep
I read for 30 minutes or so every night, something light for pleasure reading, not learning. I diffuse something different every night. I save Serenity for nights when I know I need to sleep. Bergamot, Cedarwood, Marjoram is another favorite during the week. Balance and Lavender is also another good one. I made a laminated bookmark out of this and keep a set of oils in my nightstand to make it easier to stick to the regimen.
