Easy High-protein Fluffy Pancakes 🤩
Ingredients: 1 egg, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (180 ml), 1-2 tsp maple syrup , 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup gluten-free flour mix (or regular flour if not coeliac/intolerant/IBS sufferer) (120 ml), 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1. Mix wet ingredients. 2. Add dry ingredients; adjust thickness with yogurt if needed. 3. Cook on non-stick skillet. 4.
