"This client called into our salon looking for someone to correct her 10 years of home color," she says. "She had been using a $4 box blonde from Target, but decided to try their new 'platinum' line and ended up with a horrific band of yellow. This was in addition to years worth of banding from previous box lightening sessions that were throughout her hair.
